ALWAYS CONNECTED

The Kahunas contend

a single simple touch

will join us

like twins with a filament

of ectoplasm forever

So the connection created

by any long loving marriage

or an extended relationship

must surely produce links

thick as ancient redwoods

Those heavy bonds survive

divorce or separation

with the once loved

ties never erased

always remembered
